College life gets exciting whenever any fest is organised in campus!
2018 brought with it, the "Technosummit 2k18".
Technosummit is technical fest with 19 technical events and 4 workshops.
Out of the 19 events, I was entrusted with organizing one the event: "weight the bridge". It was a new and great experience for me.
Being a sub-coordinator of the event, I had to manage more than a hundred participants and felicitate the proceedings of the event. I tried my level best to make the event a grand success and our team did it. With wonderful people like Pradeep Kumar J.S as coordinator and Sai Charan Reddy, M.Arun Kumar, Vivek Patel, Jawahar, Aditya, M.Deepa, Avinash Naidu, Sumi, Suhi and Tejo rendering their selfless services as volunteers, the event had to had a head-start and a grand finish. All the participants were enthusiastic and we all had a great time together!
I learnt some real life lessons by being a part of this event:
1. We all have some inherent qualities which we come to know only when we face challenges.
2. Challenges brings confidence.
3. Leadership skills can be developed only by dealing with people.
4. Meticulous planning and perfect execution are key to success.
